We sent samples of our travel cots, tepees and footmuffs out to testers a couple of days ago for the Best Baby and Toddler Gear Awards:
Testers are essential for the development of new products. There will always be people who really don’t like a product and those that love it; but we can’t think of any unfair feedback we’ve had from testers yet. Sometimes testers don’t understand a product but that’s not their fault – that will be because the manufacturers have not explained it well enough.
So any feedback is good! And we’re still smiling!
