These user terms and conditions govern your use of BabyHub’s website, and any agreement you may conclude with BabyHub via the website. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website are an exact representation of the actual colours of the products. The way colours are shown on-screen depends on your computer settings.

Material that you upload or send to BabyHub in some other way
By sending material to BabyHub, e.g., text, photographs, videos and other images, you grant BabyHub a non-exclusive licence itself or via another party without limitation and using all technologies and media, and in all forms, to use the material throughout the world. You also accept that BabyHub may alter and edit the material so that it can be used as BabyHub considers appropriate. You may revoke this licence at any time by notifying BabyHub of this. When you revoke the licence, BabyHub must stop using the material as soon as possible, and not later than within six months. However, BabyHub is under no obligation to recall material that has already been distributed.
You may only send material to BabyHub to which you are entitled. By sending the material to BabyHub, you confirm that you are entitled to grant BabyHub the licence in accordance with the preceding paragraph, that BabyHub has no liability for the material that you have sent, and that you will hold BabyHub harmless and compensate BabyHub for all loss, injury or damage that BabyHub may incur as a result of its use of the material, provided that BabyHub uses the material in accordance with the above licence.
Trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights
The trade marks, product names, other distinctive marks, designs and domain names used on this website belong to BabyHub, whether or not they are registered. The contents of this website are protected by copyright and belong to BabyHub, or are licensed by BabyHub.You must not download, save to your computer or use material from the website unless you have received BabyHub’s written permission, or it is stated on the website that the material may be downloaded and used in a given manner.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary BabyHub accepts no liability towards you for any loss, injury or damage, except in cases where the company’s liability insurance covers the damage, and provided that, where applicable, the insurer accepts that payment be made.
BabyHub is never liable for indirect damage, loss of income and other consequential loss or damage.
In the event of force majeure, performance by BabyHub of its obligations is postponed. If the period during which force majeure prevails is longer than two months, you and BabyHub are both entitled to cancel the agreement without thereby incurring any obligation to pay damages.
The term “force majeure” includes strikes, staff illness, transport disruption, import/export ban, whether this affects the company or its suppliers.
Any order may be cancelled if written notice is received prior to dispatch. If you do need to cancel an order for any reason please email firstname.lastname@example.org
These terms and conditions are governed by the provisions of Jersey law.
