The award-winning NeoSpace Bedside Crib is unique, providing a padded bridge from the baby’s crib to the parents’ bed. Safety is our priority, and this guided our design.

Shortlisted for a Baby Products Association Award from concept drawings alone, the NeoSpace Bedside Crib features a luxury 40mm thick natural coir mattress with an antibacterial cover woven with the healing herb sarcandra glabra.

It is beautiful, safe, breathable, comfortable, adjustable, hygienic, affordable, natural, and reusable.

  • There is no dangerous gap between the parents’ and baby’s beds. The patented padded side folds down onto the parents’ bed to create a comfortable “bridge”.
  • Multi-purpose, the NeoSpace Bedside Crib can also act as a standalone crib. The “bridge” can be easily fastened into the closed position at any time, even when attached to the parents’ bed.
  • Fully adjustable to any height. Using the specially designed clamps, the crib’s height can be easily adjusted even when the crib is attached to the parents’ bed.
  • Fixable to any type of bed through the use of straps. These can either be fixed between the mattress and bed base or fastened around a bed frame.
  • To help prevent reflux, the front end can be raised slightly to create a gentle incline.
  • Made with Rainforest Alliance certified and FSC accredited New Zealand pine with an environmental water-based white wood finish.
  • Features a high-quality 40mm thick and firm ergonomic coir mattress with a luxury antibacterial cover woven with the healing herb sarcandra glabra.
  • The covers are fully machine washable, and the padded inserts are easy to remove.
  • The NeoSpace Bedside Crib comes with a carry bag to allow for easy transportation. Perfect for visiting friends or family.
  • And it is reusable. Once the baby is grown, the NeoSpace Bedside Crib can be reused as a child’s bench seat.

As the Hutchinsons prepared to become a family of five, we sent them their own NeoSpace Bedside Crib to try.

. . the mattress is really impressive, it is by far the best quality mattress I have seen in a bedside crib and puts other more expensive products to shame. I also like the bridge side of the crib as it doesn’t leave a gap between the bed and crib which is a plus for safety. I personally would like it if the colour of the fabric was the same as the wood, making the product all white but it is only a minor preference and not something that would put me off buying it. I think the retail price of your product is fair, it offers a more affordable option for a bedside crib. The fact it can be used as a bench is also a plus as it gives the product longevity and increases value for money. I also like that there is room underneath the crib if you wanted to store a basket with things you need for night time etc. at easy access. Having older children I especially like that they can see their sibling through the side of the crib due to the slatted design; meaning they don’t try and peer over and risk tipping over the crib. That being said I feel the crib is pretty sturdy anyway and I wasn’t worried when the older children/ toddlers where close to it. My husband but the crib up, he said he found the instructions a bit confusing but acknowledged he was putting the crib up at the end of a very long day and the older children where about which created a distraction.

I love the bedside crib! It’s a lovely size and I think it’s brilliant that you can reuse it as a bench. Personally, I love wooden cribs so I love the finish. I love to have Alf sleeping next to me so this is absolutely perfect. Definitely something we’ll consider.

I really love the overall look of the crib as it looks like a mini version of a traditional cot because of the white wooden bars as opposed to it being made of material. It looks much nicer than most next to the bed cribs. I also like the fact that it can be used as a stand alone crib as well as a next to the bed crib by simply zipping up the bridge. The bridge is also a great idea as there is no possibility of the baby getting stuck in any gaps between the crib and the bed making it much safer and gives you peace of mind. It is great that the cot can be raised to any level to fit any bed and this has helped us with our baby who has reflux as we have been able to raise one end up slightly to help with this
