• Where do you deliver?

  • For the moment, we only deliver to Jersey, the UK and Ireland. However, if you are outside the UK and are interested in placing a large order or international distribution, please do get in touch.

  • Can I return my purchase if I'm not satisfied?

  • We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your purchase. But yes, if you’re not 100% satisfied you can return it within thirty days of delivery. Please note, the product(s) will need to be returned as it arrived – within its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. This means unused and unwashed. If your purchase is faulty, please see the question below.

  • What if my product is faulty?

  • If a product is faulty, please send an email to  [email protected] and stop using it immediately.

    If the item is unused and it’s been less than six months from purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. If it has proven to be faulty after use or following six months from purchase, we will offer a free exchange (including free delivery).

  • What is your returns procedure?

  • If you wish to return an item, please follow the below four steps:

    1. Email [email protected] to receive your Returns Number, Returns Form, and Returns Label.

    2. Securely package and protect the items, in their original packaging, to help reduce the risk of damage occurring transit. You will be responsible for ensuring the items arrive to us without damage.

    3. Complete the Returns Form and place this within the parcel. Please note, without a completed form, your return request may be refused.

    4. Attach the Return Label, or address the parcel to:

    Important: We can only accept returned items for a refund or exchange if they are in perfect condition. If it is clear to us that your item has been used or washed, your request will be refused. If the item is as new but is missing its original packaging, we can offer a refund or exchange of up to 70%.

    For refunds, you will receive a credit, cheque, or exchange order (when the item is in stock) within seven working days from receipt of the returned goods to our offices. We will process this for you as quickly as possible. Please note, we are unable to provide a refund for an item without a receipt and refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Are your products safe?

  • At BabyHub, safety is our priority. All of our products have been tested to the highest standard and made with high-quality materials.

    In particular, the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot has been tested to both EN716-1:2008 and A1:2013 Children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use at Interteks Lab Germany.

  • Why does the inside of my SleepSpace carry bag look used?

  • The carry bag for the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot uses a high-quality wicking on the interior lining. This provides a barrier from harsh outer conditions and prevents the cot from becoming damp. However, due to this special lining, the interior of the bag can appear “scratched”.
